Project Background

With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the requirements for train doors have also increased. Shanghai Farvilan Rail Transit Company entrusted our precision parts manufacturing factory to be responsible for the door manufacturing project of its new generation of trains, aiming to meet higher standards of safety, reliability, and comfort.

Needs Analysis

After receiving the project requirements, we first conducted in-depth technical exchanges with Shanghai Farvilan Rail Transit Company. Through analyzing the structure, material, and function of the train doors, we identified the following key requirements:

1. The train doors need to possess high sealing and soundproofing properties to ensure passenger comfort.

2. The train doors should have excellent safety performance, such as anti-pinch and anti-collision functions, to ensure passenger safety.

3. The train doors should exhibit high reliability and durability to cope with frequent opening and closing and harsh usage environments.

Design and Manufacturing

Based on the above needs analysis, we began the design and manufacturing work of the train doors. We utilized advanced CAD/CAM design software and combined it with our years of manufacturing experience to design the train doors precisely.
